Steve Jobs’ inspiring talk at Stanford University commencement.
In his talk Jobs urges graduates to pursue their dreams no matter what. Through three anecdotes from his own life he emphasize the importance of following your instincts and doing what you love.
- You have to thrust that what you do now because you love it will somehow show important in the future. “You can’t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards.”
- “The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. … You’ve got to find what you love. … Keep looking. Don’t settle.”
- “Stay hungry. Stay foolish.”
